This is the second year Consumer Direct South West has used Ticketmedia to increase awareness of their services.

As Christmas time is fast approaching it’s important for consumers now or at any time of the year to be aware of scams and too good to be true offers.  This campaign is making the community aware they have somewhere to go if they are worried or unsure about a product or service. Consumer Direct have an excellent help line and website guides and advice, shown in the campaign advert, to be used as and when needed.
